2014, I watched a latest Keanu
Reeves action movies
“John Wick”. It’s quickly became my action movies in my
must see “repeatedly” list.

John Wick kick ass
John Wick (Keanu Reeves) is a mob
hit man who, upon falling in love, quits the job. 5 years later, his wife Helen
(Briget Moynahan) dies because of illness. To make sure he's not alone, she
arranges for a dog to be brought to him after her death.
Later, some men wanting his car break in and
beat him up and kill his dog.

Before the storm
When he recovers, he sets to get
the ones who killed his dog. The dog is the only things that prevent himself
from turning into the monster that he was. He learns that the leader is Iosef
Tarasov (Alfie Allen), son of mob boss Viggo Tarasov (Michael Nyqvist) of his
former employer, a ruthless Russian mob. And the man wanting to protect his
son, tries to take care of Wick but he's still as good as he was, a HIT MAN.

Then there's
the action. The film is directed by Reeve's stuntman from The Matrix, so this
guy knows action. There are sequences that flow so smoothly it puts other
action films and their quick cuts to shame. Keanu moves so fluidly throughout
the film and comes across as such a natural that the only disappointment is
that we have not seen him like this before.

He's back with vengeance
It gets dark
at times but overall it is quite fun, not very chipper, but fun. I cannot
recommend this movie enough. I believe it is a must see for action fans and for
anyone looking for something a bit different from the usual fare. A must
see for action moviegoers…...but minus your children. It’s R Rated for strong
and bloody violence throughout, language and brief drug use.

John in actions
Lots of action
violence, including shooting, and brutal hand to hand combat. The violence is
mainly less graphic than others in this genre, but some scenes do get bloody.
There are many head shots that can be seen. If not mistaken, about 78
people are murdered by the main character, usually being shot at point blank
range.
