4. MY MUSIC MIND PART 1-GRUNGE

In this entry, I will give a brief story about my music mind. My main type of music is Grunge. Why Grunge? It’s a type of hard, heavy metal blended with a blues and a pinch of punk music’s. The tempo is not too slow and not too fast…. It’s in the middle. The music doesn’t have a typical arrangement. In Grunge, you can start the song with chorus and then another chorus and an opener or anyway around. My most favorite band in this category is Pearl Jam.  I have been an "avid" follower to them since 1991 in my junior high school.

Pearl Jam was formed from Seattle, Washington. The band consisted 4 band members, Eddie Veder the lead singer and lyricist, Mike Mc Cready the lead guitarist, Stone Gossard the rhythm guitarist and a founding member. In bassist, Jeff Ament also a founding member with Stone Gossard.  Lastly Matt Cameron the drummer. He is also a drummer for another grunge group Soundgarden.

 Nearly 30 years old together as a band, they had produced about 10 studio albums (and counting) and sold more than 25 million albums. They also been recognized as a road band because the intensive, energetic and “full of surprises” live band. They will not be playing a same track listing in their live show. The list will be reveal by Eddie Vedder to the band members 20 minutes before live! How intense and full of commitment the band members in living their life as a musician.
